KU Bookstore
The book store is the sole store in the town that can provide all the required and recommended coursebooks and recommended reading for the KU courses, according to the company. In contrast, many other bookstores are more selective in how they carry books for the courses, and like to rather pick and choose courses to support, avoiding courses with low enrollment or that are not available from U.S. sources. Part of the bookstore proceeds from the sales from the books and related materials go towards help support KU student services including textbook scholarships and donations to campus and student organizations.
