San Francisco Book Fair

San Francisco book fair is also called the California International Antiquarian Book Fair, which is held on odd years in San Francisco and even years in Los Angeles.

The book fair has a website at www.sfbookfair.com, which on even years gives the information on the LA event (which is also displayed at labookfair.com).

Each year, over 200 members of the Antiquarian Booksellers' Association of America (abaa.org) exhibit books at the event.

Exhibitors come to the event as far back as Australia, Argentina, Denmark, and Spain.

However, the main representation is from Southern California, which has over 25 exhibitors each year present.

The fair is in fact the country’s largest rare book fair and has one of the world’s finest stocks of rare and antiquarianbook, manuscripts and related materials priced from a few dollars to hundreds of thousands.
